Shipping & Delivery
We are so happy to ship your Solum order to addresses located in the United States! We are working hard behind the scenes to expand our shipments worldwide, and we will be sure to update you as soon as international options are available.
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As a small team, we work as hard as we can during standard business hours to get your products to you quickly. Please note that our team takes weekends and holidays off to recharge. Orders placed Monday through Friday typically ship within 48 hours from our warehouse in Denver, CO. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
A shipping confirmation email will arrive in your inbox the evening of the day your order is packed and a tracking number has been assigned by the fulfillment center. This email will contain your Carrier Tracking Number. (Please check your spam/junk mail folders if you have not seen the order and/or shipping confirmation email.)
Package tracking numbers are available in your shipping confirmation email, or by viewing your order in your solumcolostrum.com account. Please allow at least 48 hours after placing your order to check on your order tracking, as the tracking information may not be available from our shippers before that time.
